This family, comprising mother and father Cary and Karen and their children Keisha, Kareem, Kizzi, Kamau, Khari, Kaijah and daughter-in-law Rochelle, held a memorial service on Sunday 17th April, 2016, for Nagakiya under the tree where her body was discovered.<\/p>\n<p><div style=\"width: 510px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.triniview.com\/imgs\/mcanL1704168359.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" alt=\"Members of the Codrington Pan Family and other band-mates and friends of Asami Nagakiya\" class \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Members of the Codrington Pan Family and other band-mates and friends of Asami Nagakiya<\/p><\/div>&nbsp;<br \/>\nThis service was also meant to bring to awareness a Codrington Family Project, \u201cPlay One for Asami\u201d, which is aimed at preserving her musical legacy.
