Damn, the person who took this pic, did so from inside the cemetery road. See two of the burial crosses? Just above the bush (left and kinda right) of the foreground.

Yeah, Dougie's guesthouses, restaurants and bars. Also, like I said, not sure if this one got the name after the one opposite the cemetery was closed. First when leaving beach, last to the beach.

At the bottom of this big, sharp corner (left of pic), is a deeeeep ditch. A Flovorite ice cream truck crashed in the ditch like 1985 - pipe borne water comes and goes in Manzan right. Yuh shudda see people empty water to ketch ice cream - ice cream fuh days!

Correct me, if i'm wrong on the lst pic. This is looking back toward the community center. Douglas Guest Houses is right after this big corner on your leftbefore entrance to Old Plum Mitan Road(takes you to deep Plum Mitan Rd, Mappa farms, lighthouse, biche).

Hmmm. So you must be related to Lennard C? Or the Stowes, lower down by the savannah? This was not the original First & Last restaurant. The original one was kinda opposite the cemetery, before going down de hill to the beach. Think it's gone, so this one assumed name.

Like I said-local leadership & organization is trying with limited resources. money from gov't serves next to nothing. beautification was done with lots of individual and private help.

Voila-Morrison Trace (shortcut - to get to further along the Eastern Main Road), without the hilly chicanes. At the end of the shortcut, there used to be a Ministry of Works depot.
