Attractive bowl. A wire whisk will do a better job than using a "big spoon." The whisk would incorporate more air into the eggs. And the beaten eggs will be lighter when beaten with a whisk. Spread the word.

Cindy, next time you peel ginger try using a spoon to remove the outer skin instead of using a knife. The use of a spoon is more efficient. I peel ginger with a spoon. Spread the word.

Now that is real organic eggs. Haven't seen the different hues of egg shells in a long, long time. Lovely color.

Cooking in foil is not a good idea. Because the foil paper breaks down and the leached aluminium would enter into the food.
