What you mean by "real thieves ..." So, that make Panday a false theif. We'll catch all the theives one by one. And you shouldn't defend Panday because seeing that the money was funneled to England suggests to me that Panday had no intentions of living out his days in T&T.

Dear Ken, the paltry $M is not what T&T lost, it's the hundred of millions in gas stock and tax incentives given to Duprey below competitive prices. So for a few millions, Panday gave away our patrimony. So I say lock dey arse up until eternity.
