The water truck parked at La Seiva Avenue

We saw this water truck that was wetting lower down the road to keep down the dust. It was parked one corner away from us.

Here I am asking the guy from the water truck to wet higher up the road where us Black People reside. He laughed saying that I am right, they were called out to wet the white prople's area.
