Naturalistas Wear Ankara Hair and Fashion

On Monday 1st August, 2016, the Naturalistas Wear Ankara: Natural Hair and Fashion Show all-inclusive event was hosted by Toyawings Event Management at the Anchorage Beach Club, Harts Cut, Chaguaramas. The show’s programme included a fashion show, drumming and dance performances by Wasafoli Trinidad and Tobago performing company, a natural hair segment, and live entertainment by the band, 1st Degree. On display at the venue were several locally made hair and skin care products targeted towards the natural hair community. The products were presented by PuffCuff, Devine Beauty Supplies, Skin Luv, The Mixtress J Cosmetics, Kinky Curly Hair and Henna Trinidad. Part proceeds of this event will go towards the We Say Yes Organisation, a youth entrepreneurship and self-empowerment programme for children between the ages of five to sixteen in the East Port of Spain area.
