Pure coconut trees running around the rim of the beach, for miles, and miles.
Much more than that inland. Even more down Cedros, Icacos, etc. Coconut is a high sought-after product, yet they shut down the CGA.

Nariva is actually on eof the most exotic eco-tourist destinations in the Caribbean. We only see, and know about what's on the main road; but if you venture into Nariva Road, you enter the swamps, eco-spots, forests, farming plains, rivers, manatees, scarlet ibises, etc.

This actually is part of the entire industrial estate nicknamed "Cocal". People, the coconut tree, and fruit is one of the most versatile, and sought after in the WORLD! Here, they had a HUGE factory to pick, split, and load millions of coconuts to send to the CGA plant in POS.
