The coastline over thousands of year of moving actually used to be more inland.People should be critical without facts.

New sea wall? Why build it now? Maybe the sea level was not encroaching into the land, even close to the road? People don't be stupid! Where the water is now, is where high tide used to be. Now it is up to that wall.
