Chelsea-Marie Spence is Miss Pretty Plus 2008
The annual Miss Pretty Plus 2008 Pageant came off on Saturday 23rd August, 2008 at the La Joya Complex in St. Joseph. Organised by Mr. Lyndon Ross, the pageant featured 18 young ladies between the ages of 11 and 16, showcasing themselves before the judges and the audience.
