Thank God my Church is still standing. I was baptised there as an infant. I was confirmed there at about age 15. I was married there in February, 1987. And I hope my furneral service will be there when my King calls me home.

A very sad snd unfortunate incident, indeed! I sucpect arson,...even without any shred of evidence. On the other hand, there's too much money flowing in Trini, for it's capital to be looking so delapidated. It's time to invest in a facelift of the entire downtown area.

This is truly, the Finest photo of Trindad and Tobago's Bravest, even in the face of adversity that befell the People's Mall, always on duty to save lives and property. Keep up the Great work Fire Officers.

I truly sympathize for the Business owners of the former People's Mall, it is my hope that all their hard work and creativity will not be in vain and that they will not allow such unfortunate circumstances to dim their resolve, both in a economic and financial sense.

While it's most Fortunate that no loss of life was reported at this time, it's most distressing and disheartening that this tragic event has taken away the livelihood of employers and employees alike. Kudos to the Triniview team on posting these exclusive photographs.
