As an Alumnus of the former San Juan Private Secondary school, I've always seen this house and parlour on my daily commute to and from school, though it has long been abandoned, it stands as a strong reminder of simpler times, it is my hope that this house will be made habitable once more.

San Juan was known as Aricagua, which was Arawak name for the river flowing through it.
