The Chinese Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago held a photographic exhibition to commemorate forty-one years of diplomatic relations between China and Trinidad and Tobago on Friday 12th June, 2015, at the Piarco International Airport.

This photographic exhibition consisted of images depicting the establishment of ties between China and Trinidad and Tobago including H. E. President Xi Jinping’s first state visit to Trinidad and Tobago in 2013, and the Honourable Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar’s official visit to the China in 2014; images of the work and daily lives of the Chinese Medical Team in Trinidad and Tobago; images of China’s major developments since its founding in 1949; and some of the major works of local Chinese companies including projects of Shang Construction Group (Caribbean) Limited.
